This page explains what information Safemode LLC ("Safemode," "we," "us") collects when you visit safemode.marketing, why we collect it, and what we do with it. We've kept this short because the site itself collects very little.

Who we are

Safemode LLC is a paid media consultancy operating at safemode.marketing. The data controller for personal information collected through this site is Safemode LLC. You can reach us at [email protected].

What we collect

Information you give us. If you fill out the contact form, email us, or reply to one of our messages, we receive whatever you choose to share: typically your name, email address, company, monthly paid media spend range, and the situation you've described.

Technical information. Our hosting and DNS provider (Cloudflare) records basic request information for security and performance, including IP address, user agent, referring URL, and the pages you visit. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not use fingerprinting. It records aggregated page-view metrics without tying activity to an individual visitor.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers, social media pixels, Google Analytics, or any client-side scripts that collect personal information.

How we use what we collect

• To reply to your inquiry and follow up on a potential engagement
• To send you information you've specifically asked for
• To operate and secure the website (logs, abuse prevention)
• To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Who we share it with

The only third parties that may process your information on our behalf are infrastructure providers we rely on to run the site and our business:

• Cloudflare: DNS, hosting, web analytics, security
• Google Workspace: business email ([email protected])

We may also disclose information if required by law, valid legal process, or to protect our rights or the rights of others.

Cookies

This site does not set any cookies. Cloudflare may set minimal functional cookies for security or load balancing purposes (for example, to identify trusted traffic). These are not used for tracking or advertising.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict our use of personal information we hold about you, including rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time and consistent with applicable law.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence and contact submissions for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry, document the engagement (if any results), and meet our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, subject to the above.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International visitors

Safemode LLC operates from the United States. If you visit from outside the U.S., be aware that any information you send us will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on this page.
