These terms apply to your use of safemode.marketing (the "Site") operated by Safemode LLC ("Safemode," "we," "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What this Site is

The Site is an informational marketing site that describes Safemode's consulting services and lets you contact us. The Site itself is not a contract for services. Any actual engagement with Safemode is governed by a separate written agreement between Safemode and the client.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, our infrastructure, or other users
• Send unsolicited bulk email, attempts at phishing, or other abuse through the contact form
• Scrape, copy, or reuse Site content (text, images, code, design) other than for personal, non-commercial reference

Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, the "Safemode" name, the Color Rain motif, and all underlying code, is owned by or licensed to Safemode LLC and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site for personal, non-commercial use only. All other rights are reserved.

Submissions

If you send us information through the contact form, by email, or by any other means, you confirm that you have the right to do so, and you grant us the right to use that information to respond to you, to assess potential engagement, and to keep records consistent with our Privacy policy.

Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party sites (for example, a scheduling tool, a LinkedIn profile, or articles we reference). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of third-party sites.

No warranty

The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on the Site is current or accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Safemode LLC, its members, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site. Our total liability arising out of or related to these terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
